How do we conduct a Environmental Audit?

Review the Tiers of Environmental Sustainability, making a checklist of what you’ve accomplished. Identify feasible goals to work towards. Send your plan to our team and let us work together to achieve your goals. Temples are encouraged to start with Tier 1 efforts. 

Once these are established, temples can begin working towards Tier 2, etc. Each category is headed by its primary aim, followed by strategies to achieve those aims. Strategies highlighted in red are required GBC first steps. Alternative and creative methods are welcomed.
