ISKCON Environmental Initiative
The ISKCON Environmental Initiative (IEI), or Green Team, promotes environmentally sustainable Krishna conscious practices in ISKCON communities around the world.
We serve ISKCON by providing education, training, research, organization, networking, and other resources, inspired by the teachings and example of His Divine Grace A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada.
ISKCON Joins
World Clean Up Day
World Cleanup Day is a special opportunity for ISKCON members, youth, families, students, children, and devotees of all stripes to participate in an event that aligns our core values with active care for the Earth.
How to Help
All that is required is for a single person, or family of two, or a few friends, or the temple youth group to spend an hour, or an afternoon, to remove trash near your temple, at a local park, roadside, or wherever the need may be–to help Cleanup the World. It can be done in conjunction with other (non-ISKCON) groups you wish to contact, or just with local ISKCON members.
